These terms apply to all purchases made through OSTO.

They are written with the same clarity, precision, and respect for materials that guide our work in the studio.

Orders

When an order is placed, you receive an initial confirmation.

Your order becomes binding once payment is approved and the piece enters our production flow.

Each OSTO object moves through a controlled sequence — materials selected, surfaces inspected, forms assembled.

If unforeseen circumstances arise (material availability, pricing errors, or external disruptions), we reserve the right to cancel the order.


Prices

All prices are inclusive VAT.

Shipping costs are shown at checkout.

Prices may shift as materials and production conditions evolve.

The price displayed at the time of purchase is the price that applies.


Payment

You can pay using Dankort, VISA, Mastercard, Maestro, and Klarna

Payment is collected at checkout and the amount is charged immediately at the time the order is placed.

All transactions are processed securely through our payment partners.


Delivery

Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.

Once your piece leaves our studio, you will receive a tracking link.

Delivery timelines may vary due to carrier conditions or external factors.

While these are outside our control, we will assist you if complications arise.


Recipient’s responsibilities at delivery

The recipient must be reachable on the phone number and email provided.

Please inform us in advance of anything that may affect delivery, such as difficult access, road conditions, or access codes.

Someone must be present at the delivery address at the agreed time. We cannot leave the item outside.

The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address when placing the order. Any changes to the delivery address after the order is placed may result in extra charges.

If no one is present at the agreed delivery time, the item will be returned to our carrier’s warehouse. Re‑delivery will incur additional fees and may delay delivery.

If you cannot receive the delivery on the date offered by our carrier, the item will be stored at the carrier’s warehouse. Additional delivery and storage fees will apply.

 

Returns

You have a 30‑day return window from the day your piece is delivered.

To qualify for a return:

  • The piece must be in original condition
  • The piece must be returned in its original packaging
  • Return shipping is covered by the customer

We ask that the piece is handled with the same care we apply in the studio.

Visible signs of wear may influence the refund, as the item must remain suitable for resale.

Refunds

Once the returned piece is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.

If the item shows wear or damage, a deduction may apply.


Warranty

All OSTO pieces are covered by the Danish Sale of Goods Act.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Natural wear over time
  • Improper use
  • Damage occurring after delivery

If you experience an issue, contact us with documentation.

Each case is reviewed individually, with the same attention we give to our materials and processes.

 

Order Changes and Cancellations

Because your piece is Made to Order, production begins shortly after your purchase. You can cancel or request changes within 48 hours of placing your order. After this period, production has started, and the order can no longer be changed or canceled. In these cases, the full amount is non‑refundable.

We collect only the information necessary to process your order and support your experience.

Your data is handled confidentially and in accordance with applicable regulations.

Liability

OSTO is not responsible for indirect losses, consequential damages, or delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.


Governing Law

These terms are governed by Danish law.

Any disputes will be handled by the Danish courts.
