Returns
We offer a 30‑day return window. From the day your piece arrives, you have the freedom to experience it in your home and decide whether it truly belongs in your space.
Before requesting a return
- The piece must be returned in its original condition and original packaging
- Return shipping is covered by the customer
We trust you to handle the piece with care while making your decision. Any visible signs of wear may influence the final refund, as the item must remain suitable for resale.
Because your piece is Made to Order, production begins shortly after your purchase. You can cancel or request changes within 48 hours of placing your order. After this period, production has started, and the order can no longer be changed or canceled. In these cases, the full amount is non‑refundable.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
